Executive Coaching

I currently support a small number of executives through private, one-on-one coaching.

In-Session Reflections

“It gives me confidence that I’ve thoroughly thought through the options and am comfortable with my decision.”

“And the day I was speaking with [my spouse], I don’t know what I explained to her, and she looked at me, and I said, It’s Julianna’s fault. Don’t look at me—she taught me!

“Yeah, I’ve never told this to anybody. I’m already head of this organisation…I cannot.”

“You were that lighthouse that was able to guide me.”

“It feels good. Like I feel like I have steps in a plan, at least towards that particular goal.”

How The Work Typically Looks

Coaching arrangements typically range from six to twelve months, allowing for continuity and depth as leaders navigate evolving demands.

Most clients settle into a weekly rhythm, particularly during periods of transition, volatility or intense work cycles.

Before committing to long-term engagements, we begin with a conversation to get to know one another.

Many clients choose to start with a one- to three-month engagement, allowing space to assess fit, cadence, and needs before deciding what ongoing support is most appropriate for them.

Client Experiences

I have to say that I wasn’t sure I needed coaching at first. I felt that perhaps things weren’t “bad enough” to justify it, or that I could resolve problems on my own. Your calm and non-intrusive approach was amazing. From day one, you created a safe and productive environment.

To someone who’s thinking about coaching with you, I’d say, “do it”. Especially if they’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or unsure what’s next.
It’s an investment in clarity, energy, and alignment and for me, it’s been truly worth it.

You have a unique ability to guide without telling what to do. You ask the right questions, listen deeply, and helps you unlock insights that people have already inside, but that may not have known how to access.

I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication to me along this journey. I’ve been deeply inspired by your capacity to listen, comprehend, and offer alternative viewpoints.

I think the big thing for me was the ability to take a step back and see things through a different perspective. So, now I’m able to use the strategies that I learned working with Julianna and apply them. Now that I’m in a different situation which is a new role. So I found that’s been the biggest change for me.

So for me, it’s always been about the fear of the unknown and the what if so, what if I’m in the wrong area and not able to progress in there, might be a really hard truth there. So Julianna really helped me. See that it was a little bit of self-doubt and how to work through that and be able to progress.

Before coaching, I viewed networking as a draining obligation. I have become far more strategic with my time and prioritize connections that truly matter rather than trying to be everything to everyone. I now approach my work and my relationships with a quiet and strategic confidence I didn’t have before. I see a future where I am working with much more intent.

My main hesitation with coaching would have been finding a coaching format that fit my schedule and learning style. I was worried about being locked into a rigid structure. However, with Julianna, I knew I could find the right balance without being forced into a method that didn’t work for me.

If you are looking for someone who offers more than just general encouragement, you should work with Julianna. She is a true strategist who helps you build a career path that fits your reality. She doesn’t just give you high-level advice. She helps you set realistic and targeted goals that you can actually achieve. She empowers you to grow in a way that feels authentic, rather than forcing you into a mould that doesn’t fit. It is a worthwhile investment in your own clarity.

I’m typically available Monday to Thursday, 7am–7pm UK time for ongoing one-to-one coaching calls.

Clients may also reach out by email or text between sessions for continuity.

Initial or exploratory conversations are scheduled based on overlapping availability.

Fees for clients on a weekly cadence are typically £1,500 per month.

Accommodations are made for long-term clients seeking:

  • Six- or twelve-month engagements to secure availability
  • Payment and engagement flexibility during volatile periods
  • Intermittent support during quieter times
  • Consistency amid currency fluctuations

All sessions are private, one-to-one virtual calls via Teams (or equivalent).

Many clients choose to work more closely with me at the beginning and adjust cadence as needed over time.

Session topics are client-directed and may range from strategic and tactical discussions to reflective work focused on longer-term planning or leadership performance.

Because each client’s environment is different, I work from a foundation that includes cognitive behaviour theory, field-tested business and career strategies, and structured scenario modelling.

Beyond that foundation, every conversation looks different, adapting to what is happening at the moment.
