Executive Coaching
I currently support a small number of executives through private, one-on-one coaching.
In-Session Reflections
“It gives me confidence that I’ve thoroughly thought through the options and am comfortable with my decision.”
“And the day I was speaking with [my spouse], I don’t know what I explained to her, and she looked at me, and I said, It’s Julianna’s fault. Don’t look at me—she taught me!”
“Yeah, I’ve never told this to anybody. I’m already head of this organisation…I cannot.”
“You were that lighthouse that was able to guide me.”
“It feels good. Like I feel like I have steps in a plan, at least towards that particular goal.”
How The Work Typically Looks
Coaching arrangements typically range from six to twelve months, allowing for continuity and depth as leaders navigate evolving demands.
Most clients settle into a weekly rhythm, particularly during periods of transition, volatility or intense work cycles.
Before committing to long-term engagements, we begin with a conversation to get to know one another.
Many clients choose to start with a one- to three-month engagement, allowing space to assess fit, cadence, and needs before deciding what ongoing support is most appropriate for them.
